The Global Facilities team is seeking a Facilities Specialist in Tel Aviv to lead our growing office. By providing an attractive, functional, and ergonomic work environment. You will inspire our employees and ensure that they remain productive, communicate effectively, and feel safe at work.

Facility Specialists oversee specific functional or programmatic responsibilities regarding facilities maintenance. Customers are often served through programs related to building inspections and condition assessments. Recommendations for repairs and upgrades to infrastructure or facilities. Serving as customer liaisons for service issues.

Analyzes data, monitors budgets, and develops, develops, and administers various programs. Providing equipment selections, feasibility studies, and technical expertise in assigned program areas. 

Participating in strategic planning, creating efficiencies, ensuring quality, setting policies and procedures. Possibly providing access to facilities. Various duties are performed within the scope of the defined title.

About The Job

  • Operate the office smoothly.
  • Maintaining and enhancing positive office experiences for employees
  • Plans and coordinates office maintenance, housekeeping, and inventory management programs
  • To help execute office-related projects, including renovations, office relocation, equipment repair activities, sustainability, etc.
  • Provide security, safety, and emergency response to office emergencies; maintain facilities systems and assist with facility management/break and leak plans.
